Ann Edminster is a green building consultant based in Petaluma, laser-focused on decarbonizing homes and communities. Trained as an architect, she facilitates design teams, coaches other building practitioners, teaches, develops education programs, and rabble-rouses in the climate space in her spare time.

Gretchen is a professional engineer who has spent the past five years optimizing controlled environment agriculture operations for resource efficiency and productivity. She specializes in analyzing the operation of building systems for cultivation facilities.

Jake has over a decade of experience leading energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions for local government, NGO, and utility clients. He is a BPI-certified building analyst who focuses on residential codes and standards, policy advocacy, and income-based program implementation.

Javier joined the construction trade in 1990, continuing until 2006 when he became an energy conservation specialist, working with SoCalGas, SCE, and California weatherization programs. He performs residential and commercial energy audits and oversees quality control on energy saving upgrades.

John is a nationally-recognized thought leader and instructor specializing in building science, healthy buildings, and equity-based workforce education and training. John is a pioneer in green real estate innovation and practices and a recipient of the NAR Evergreen Award.

Judy specializes in single family home audits and HVAC system designs, guiding homeowners through performance and energy efficiency home retrofits. She also writes and teaches building science curricula for community colleges, workforce training programs and technical training providers.

Mike is a licensed builder in California and Massachusetts, as well as a certified Passive House Consultant. Mike specializes in bringing building practices, methods, and theories to reallife applications for architects, designers, and other builders. Specialities include life-cycle cost analysis, building envelope, and more.

Russell is a licensed Mechanical Engineer. He has over 30 years of experience practicing and teaching in the areas of Residential HVAC design, diagnostics and consulting, as well as energy code compliance and consulting.

Russell has a masters in architecture and years of experience in the construction industry from single and multifamily buildings to sustainable construction. He trains contractors to approach dwellings to promote energy efficiency to create a healthier, more comfortable home.

A national expert in green real estate, Simone draws on her experience as a licensed realtor with a special focus on green building and home performance improvement. She utilizes her expertise in energy efficiency financing to help her clients complete energy-efficient repairs at the time of sale.
