We’ll go through the top ten areas that frequently snag a plan review for non-residential energy code compliance, and discuss how to get it right the first time.
Whether you’re an applicant or a plan checker, you’ll want to know what to look for, how to avoid common mistakes and how to make sure you have accurate compliance forms.
Discussion will include building commissioning (Cx), a process to ensure that non-residential buildings perform and operate as designed. Rather than seeing Cx as one more burden, we’ll talk about efficiently meeting the requirements and enjoying the short-term and long-term benefits.
