Event Description

Load calculations and duct design have been required by the code for many code cycles but few building departments know what to ask for or how to check it, therefore enforcement has been very poor. This class will help building department understand the importance of asking for load calcs and duct design as required by code. It will help them understand what is required and how to verify that it is reasonable and accurate.

  • Understand how HVAC fits into the overall compliance of homes.
