Description

This course focuses on Commissioning as required by Title 24, Part 11, and Acceptance Testing as required by Title 24, Part 6. We’ll review background of the code, the logistics of implementation and the specific requirements for non-residential construction.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the CALGreen and Energy Code compliance process for Commissioning and Acceptance Testing for nonresidential projects.
  • Become familiar with what forms and documents are needed and at what phase of a project.
  • Identify key individuals that must participate for success.
  • Learn tools and best practices for submitting and reviewing compliance documentation.
