Get ready to sell! In this 2-part webinar series, Electrify My Home will equip salespeople, service technicians, business owners, CSRs, and anyone selling home services projects with the mindset, tools, and techniques to confidently convert more customers to high-performance heat pumps and other electrification services.

Part 1 introduces the essential mindset and skills required to confidently sell high-performance heat pumps and other electrification solutions. Participants will learn to reflexively express the benefits of electrification, gain insights into their own and their customers’ personalities, and learn how to identify and qualify opportunities effectively. Through practical intake, research, and consultative selling techniques, attendees will leave with the tools to start more meaningful customer conversations and set the stage for long-term sales success.

  1. Communicate the value of electrification by clearly articulating at least five key benefits that resonate with customers.
  2. Identify personality types (using DISC principles) to adapt communication and sales strategies.
