The High Performance Fundamentals series is six classes long. Courses are about an hour and a half, you can expect that the full series takes about 10 hours to complete, including quizzes along the way. Courses must be completed in the designated order.
Once you begin, you will have up to one year to complete the trainings.
When you have finished your final session, we will send you a certificate of your achievement to share with employers or customers.
