Ofrece incentivos econ\u00f3micos para modernizaci\u00f3n como cambiar sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n y calentadores de agua. Tambi\u00e9n hay incentivos especiales para personas que viven en \u00e1reas remotas, familias de bajos ingresos y personas las cuales ingles no es su idioma
