This is an office-hours style open discussion about high-performance building enclosures with Home Performance Pro Judy Rachel. We’ll be talking insulation, windows, air sealing, blower door testing, and the gap between minimum energy code compliance and high-performance standards.
We’ll start with an overview of high-performance building enclosures, and then we’ll dive into problems contractors, builders, architects or energy consultants commonly run into on the job, and how to address them.
