3C-REN’s Single Family Home Energy Savings Program has three notable changes to the program design in 2024.
Program changes include:
- No new gas equipment can be submitted into the program as a primary or secondary measure beginning June 1st, 2024.
- Homes with solar installed within the previous 12 months of the project will be eligible for incentives starting March 1, 2024
- Customers in Ventura County that meet two of the following criteria will be eligible for the higher “HTR” incentives starting March 1, 2024:

- Customer lives in a mobile or manufactured home
- Customer doesn’t speak English as their primary language
- Customer’s home is located in a designated “Disadvantaged Community”
- Customer is on a discounted utility rate (CARE/FERA)
